The Spokesman-Review's Northwest Passages Book Club welcomes Sharma Shields in conversation with Nancy Pearl.
Yes, they're back!
Shields is a Spokane writer and author of the new novel, "The Cassandra." Pearl is a best-selling author, TV host and the only librarian with her own action figure.
When: Wednesday, March 13, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where: The Bing Crosby Theater, 901 W. Sprague Ave.
Tickets: General admission tickets cost $7. Student tickets are $4. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 6 p.m.
VIP Ticket Package: Your $50 VIP ticket includes a reserved seat, a copy of "The Cassandra" by Sharma Shields and a glass of wine during the author reception starting at 5:45 pm. The author reception will be held at the Bing, in the Ovations Lounge upstairs. (Please note location update.)
Book sales: Auntie's Bookstore will have copies of "The Cassandra" available for Northwest Passages Book Club readers at a 15 percent discount.
